About me

I am The Bearded Twat

I release monthy content based on my mental health story and experiences. I publish new blogs on the first saturday of every month at 12pm GMT.  

I began my mental health journey, thinking I could cure myself. This is my blog sharing my experiences and what I have learnt along the way. 

I believe we have entered an era where we no longer need to be ashamed of our mental health. 

My blogs will help you gather the knowledge you need to accept and know what to do to lead a positive life with gaining knowledge with your internal demonds.

If you are lucky not to have any demons, this blog hopefully will help you understand those who do and help you support your own wellbeing.

I believe that my real identity is unimportatant, my story and experiences speak for themselves. 

Accepting and learning about who you are is the most important thing anyone can do, especially if you like me need to work on their wellbeing. 

Mental health and wellbeing no longer should be a silent subject, now more than every people need to speak about it, mental health is just as important as physcial.
